Mrs. O'Connor teaches the class all about responsibilities. After Billy gets an important responsibility, he thinks he will sabotage the assignment to never get another one again. But after a talk from Betsy, Billy decides to do his best when given a responsibility. After the children misbehave on the bus ride to school, Mrs. O'Connor decides to take them back to Bus Driver Bob to learn the rules they should follow on the bus.
