Offering constructive criticism on their chocolate and hazelnut cupcakes, he also provides recipes for his cupcake selection, including a decadent roasted pineapple, as well as a tiramisu. Later Eric gets commissioned along with his business partner Patrick Cox to create fashionable cupcakes for a shoe launch at Harrods.

To show that baking can be a healthy alternative, Eric invites a health-focussed bake club to his home to make an egg-, dairy- and nut-free chocolate cake. Eric invites the British Council bake club to his house to teach them some French patisserie. He also visits Burgh Island in Devon where Agatha Christie worked on many of her novels. Eric is challenged to create a cake for their mardis gras celebrations that draws on the island's history and the art deco architecture of the hotel for inspiration.
Eric meets with the mature students bake club to try their English-style éclairs. He then teaches them how to make Choux Parisienne. Eric also sets up a pop-up shop in a trendy new bar in the heart of the London to see what the city makes of his cakes.
South American flair with the Brazilian Bakers. Eric tries their White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake as well as a Brazilian speciality. He then shows them a cheesecake recipe of his own in return. Eric also takes a trip to Kent to visit an English vineyard to compare English Wines with those of France, as well as creating a special cheesecake to complement a new bottle of fizz.
In the final episode of the series Eric meets with the Boxing Bake Club to compare cookies. They also offer to give him some tips in the ring in exchange for some tips in the kitchen. Being an art lover, Eric is excited to be commissioned by The Halcyon gallery in London to create an afternoon tea with a difference.
