Darshi leaves for the nearby town, promising his wife, Lakshmi and daughter, Siri, that he will get new clothes for them. As they wait for his return, the village head, Shivaya, comes bearing bad news.
Seven years ago, Pushpa, a courtesan, moved to Peddapalli. The Sarpanch allows her to stay on the outskirts of the village and assigns his henchman, Darshi, to help her. She then has a face-off with Siri.
A girl’s body is found hanging from a banyan tree, leading to chaos in the village. Meanwhile, Darshi and Pushpa come closer and decide to get married. But fate has something else in store.
The investigation into the young girl’s death takes new turns. Darshi, now married to Lakshmi, urges Pushpa to leave the village. He later gets into a brutal fight while trying to save a young girl.
Darshi gets arrested and reflects on the events of the past while vowing to unveil the sarpanch and Suri’s deeds to the villagers. In the present day, Pushpa comes bearing the news of Darshi’s death.
The truth about the deaths of the young girls and Darshi gets revealed to the villagers. Lakshmi and Pushpa talk about the injustice they faced at the hands of the men and seek revenge.
