When D.W.'s favorite show, Mary Moo Cow, is cancelled, she starts a petition to get the show back on the air. Buster's mother, Bitzi, has a boyfriend, and Buster is nervous to meet him, believing he may be an alien. Buster meets her boyfriend, Harry Mills, and they find out they have a lot in common.
