Gotham and Arkham is gone to shreds and leaving Gordon and GCPD at stake. Leaving it a "No Man's Land", Gordon investigates a new plan in which Penguin preys upon. Meanwhile, Bruce finds his true elements to become the Batman and knowing he has a destiny and is accountable for what he has caused.
