L’intrigue de la série se déroule dans un monde dévasté, où la nature a repris ses droits sur la civilisation. Au cœur de ce tableau post-apocalyptique se trouve un hôtel historique, qui semble subsister au milieu des ruines. Aucun client, ni hier ni aujourd’hui, aucune visite sur le site internet, des objectifs condamnés à rester inatteignables : l’endroit semble abandonné, et pourtant… Que se cache-t-il réellement derrière les murs de cet hôtel, où l’humanité semble s’être évanouie sans laisser de trace ?
