today i wanted to talk about something super fun, super lighthearted, super hashtag good vibes. that's just the mood I'm in today. so today i wanted to talk about my anxiety. yayyyyyyy. i wanted to talk about it because it's one of the most challenging things i deal with on a daily basis. i’ve struggled with a lot of different mental health struggles. anxiety is definitely not the only one. but i would say anxiety has been the most challenging overall, and it just never really seems to go away for me. it's something that i'm constantly battling, and so i just wanted to talk about my experience and how i deal with it. and that's what's on the agenda.
