Fishing from shore on foot, this is a catch and cook that anyone can do. I catch a monster Mangrove Jack as well as a Coral Trout and GT ( Giant Trevally ). I use a wood burning stove to make delicious cheesy fish fingers with the huge Mangrove Jack, aka Mangrove Snapper.
