الفتاة المدللـة (رشا) يعاني جدها (إبراهيم الأسيوطي) من سوء تصرفاتها فيقرر الإتفاق مع شاب (أكمل) يعمل كبير المهندسين في شركته ليحاولان تغيير سلوكها، يعرّف أكمل نفسه لرشا على أنه لص، وتقع رشا في حبه ومع الكثير من المفارقات الكوميدية بينهما، يتغير سلوك الفتاة بالفعل إلى الأفضل.
