    It’s the second week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Sport climbing is the featured sport, and Siena must train her fellow athletes for the competition in only three days. But conditioning on the wall gets grueling as the athletes learn to chalk, grab, fall, and perform dynos. For Aaron, being at the bottom of the leaderboard is affecting his confidence. Chandra makes a costly mistake.

  • S03E03 Inline Racing

    It’s the third week of the ultimate sports competition for these elite athletes. Inline racing is the new featured sport, and Chandra must train his fellow athletes for the competition in only three days. The week starts off with an adrenaline-fueled activity that none of the athletes knew existed. When it comes to training, the athletes are stunned that there are no brakes on the skates. Jai not only has a hard time with his skates fitting but he also endures a huge setback. The athletes face the most epic competition in ARC history.

    Soccer is the new featured sport, and Emanuel will have to train his fellow athletes for the team competition in only three days. Carter goes wild during the basics and ends up hurting Gabi, but a surprise twist works in her favor. Jai, having played soccer before, is all confidence this week. During training the athletes work on ball control, footwork, passing, touches, and scoring.

    It’s the fifth week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition, and tennis is the featured sport. Gabi is sport leader and will have to train her fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. The only athlete not to medal last week, Emanuel, is feeling the pressure to podium and move up the leaderboard. Perdita is put in a perilous position during the basics. Carter gets frustrated while Siena seeks out extra attention from the sport star. A surprise announcement sparks the athletes’ competitive fire.

    It’s the sixth week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition, and track cycling is the featured sport. As sport leader, Aaron will have to train his fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. The athletes are overwhelmed by the size and position of the track. With no brakes and no gears, riding the bike isn’t as easy as they thought. An accident leads to major competition controversy.

    It’s the seventh week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition, and boxing is the featured sport. Sport leader Sierra will have to train her fellow athletes for the main event in just three days. Last week’s track cycling controversy still lingers but the athletes decide to move on and focus on the upcoming competition. Phoebe can’t relate dance to boxing until she has a chat with the sport star. A shocking announcement is made before training is done, and a friendship is tested in the ring.

    It’s the eighth week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition, and dance is the featured sport. Sport leader Phoebe must train her fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. Although nerves, embarrassment, and lack of confidence are swirling among the athletes, Jai is having a blast. Yet two breakdowns occur prior to competition which leads to a surprise at the podium.

    It’s the penultimate week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Trampoline is revealed as the featured sport and Jai is deemed the Sport Leader and will have to train his fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. The prank war continues as Emanuel is desperate for payback. The athletes are in awe of Jai and the Sport Star’s abilities on the trampoline as they begin to put the pieces together for their routine. Carter is motivated to put last week behind him, Aaron is desperate to remain on the podium and Chandra blames a bad back on his disappointing attitude. Disaster strikes during competition for one athlete and a surprise awaits the athletes again at Podium.

  • S03E10 Gymnastics

    It’s the last week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. And before the All-Round Championship Belt is awarded, Gymnastics is revealed as the featured sport and Carter is deemed the last Sport Leader and will have to train his fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. An ARC fan favorite returns and so is the Advantage this week, but only Sierra is excited for it. With the Leaderboard as close as it is, the pressure on the athletes to perform is paramount. They are put through a rigorous training regime to prepare them for a routine on the uneven bars in the Competition. Emanuel shows off his muscles, mustard is debated as a condiment and Aaron has a mini breakdown before the Competition. Surprises abound at the podium including another returning fan favorite.

  • S03E11 Arcathlon

    Still reeling from Sierra earning fifty points for her gold medal performance in Gymnastics, the athletes continue their quest for the title of All-Round Champion in the Arcathlon. Five of the wettest and wildest events will test the athletes speed, accuracy, teamwork, endurance and fearlessness. Aaron goes into the Arcathlon as the ultimate underdog, Sierra has a huge target on her back, Lacee is within striking distance, Gabi has her sights on the championship belt and Emanuel just doesn’t want to finish last in the overall competition. Carter’s courage comes into question. The winner of All-Round Champion is crowned.

    As the athletes are about to leave behind family and friends for nine weeks, they are surprised by an epic skydiving opportunity. One of the athletes experiences regret. Track is revealed as the first sport and Samantha must train her fellow athletes

    This week's sport is Rowing and Dominic is the Sport Leader. Tempers flare during training as Maggie and Brayden can’t find a rhythm. Momo has a meltdown trying to adapt while Lily demonstrates empathy even though it could affect her results.

  • S05E03 Wheelchair Boxing

    • January 28, 2023

    Lily, former All-Round Champion Sierra, and former WBC amateur national lightweight champion Leo Sammarelli coach the para-athletes in adaptive boxing. They focus on angles, combinations, and the importance of adapting.

  • S05E04 Swimming

    • February 4, 2023

    It's Swimming. Things do not start out well for Maggie. Jackson causes a minor emergency which some athletes view as an opportunity. Brad instantly gloats, Dominic can’t seem to float and the competition is going to need a bigger boat!

  • S05E05 Sledge Hockey

    It’s Sledge Hockey and Jackson is riding a hot streak. Training proves hard on Gurnoor, leading to mental stress. Momo needs points and a little extra effort to succeed. Dominic’s frustration continues. History is made at the Podium

  • S05E06 Climbing

    It's Climbing. Jackson aims for a sixth straight podium appearance; Momo is inspired by the Sport Star and Lily adapts to an unusual technique. Brayden takes a moment to inspire his fellow athletes. A pinky promise impacts the podium ceremony.

    It's Wheelchair Basketball... An advantage is on the line and tensions run high between the athletes. Sam is still seething from last week’s results. Lily is hoping to three-peat for a medal and a surprise at the podium proves to be a game-changer.

    Sailing is revealed as the featured sport and a homesick Bradley is the Sport Leader. Momo is super focused but is forced into a dangerous situation. Maggie’s adaptation proves beneficial. Jackson aims for a return to podium from a two-week hiatus.

    It’s Goalball and Dominic is noticeably absent as he deals with a family issue. The athletes are immediately put to the test as they are forced to train without seeing. The Competition makes the athletes happy, but surprises abound at the pod

    With a tie atop the Leaderboard, The Arcathlon is back! The contest continues with the most physically and mentally demanding events ever in the history of ARC with significant points up for grabs. The first-ever Para All-Round Champion is crowned.

    Eleven elite athletes meet for the first time, face fears, master new skills and pounce for points in season six's thrilling premiere. With an Arcathlon kickoff to a “game changing” season, it's a heart-pounding battle for supremacy.

  • S06E02 Canoe Sprint

    The canoe sprint is the first sport and Mischa takes charge as Sport Leader. Perdita announces that, for the first time ever, the athletes will compete in pairs throughout the season. The difficult water sport results in a historic podium.

  • S06E03 Beach Volleyball

    The sport is Beach Volleyball and Ariana is Sport Leader. Wil and Deliya are teammates again and must work on communicating. Michael comes back from a rough week in the canoe to dominate on the sand. Elli fights some homesickness, losing focus.

  • S06E04 Pickleball

    • May 26, 2024

    It's pickleball and Sport Leader Wil teaches the athletes how to have fun. Mischa misses a day of practice due to sickness. Michael wins the advantage and has the choice to change his teammate which could impact the whole leaderboard.

  • S06E05 Cricket

    • June 2, 2024

    Rohan takes on the role of Sport Leader to teach cricket. Mischa battles a shoulder injury and Emily feels some frustration about her spot on the leaderboard. Lexie overcomes a big fear and receives a shoutout. Michael sets a new record.

  • S06E06 Cheer

    • June 9, 2024

    It's Cheer and Elli is Sport Leader, joined by Guinness World Record holder Angel Rice. The tension is higher than ever at the halfway point of the season. Lexie works through a concussion. In the end, the gold medal is decided by a single point.

  • S06E07 MMA

    • June 16, 2024

    It's MMA, making Braden the Sport Leader. Lexie cannot train or compete due to her concussion, leaving Emily to choose a new opponent. Perdita gives an extra shoutout to a special corner partner. Braden gets injured while teaching the athletes.

  • S06E08 Sync Diving

    This week it's Synchronized Diving and Lexie is the Sport Leader! All of the athletes struggle to jump off the high diving platforms. Perdita faces a fear of her own. Wil and Rohan make a last-minute decision that impacts the podium results.

  • S06E09 Breaking

    It's Breaking and Emily is the Sport Leader. Braden's past experience in the sport helps his team excel. Ariana and Lexie are disappointed by the standings. Tensions rise when one athlete refuses to vote for a shoutout, but receives one themself.

  • S06E10 Teqball

    It's Teqball and Michael is Sport Leader. The athletes struggle with learning such a unique sport. Wil loses positivity. Lexie and Braden redeem themselves from Beach Volleyball. The leaderboard stays close nearing the end of the competition.

  • S06E11 Roller Derby

    This week's sport is Roller Derby and Deliya takes charge as Sport Leader. Lexie faces more injuries playing the contact sport. Emily faces a disadvantage during the final competition. The underdog team tilts the leaderboard significantly.

  • S06E12 Ice Dancing

    Ice Dance is the last sport and Woolf is the Sport Leader. It's an emotional week as everyone prepares to compete for the belt and say goodbye. The athletes are shocked to learn they will have one more chance to earn points in another Arcathlon.

  • S06E13 Finale

    To end a season of game changers, the athletes compete in an Arcathlon for the second time--and they compete in pairs! With a close leaderboard, it's anyone's game and tensions are high. The winner is crowned, taking the belt by just 3 points!
