So, because Berlin has the best roads and traffic rules all around the world, the guys drove all around the streets of the city the Egyptian way to have fun with the German people. Also, they started comparing traffic in Egypt with Germany by going to a driving school and meeting the lecturer, a truck driver and the head of the driving school.
In this episode the three guys travels to Amsterdam, Netherlands. So, they keep looking around and comparing the streets over there with the streets of Egypt and they found a big difference ... the Beggars. Also, they go to a supermarket and gas station and figure out that they don't have a cashier-guy or a gas-guy over there. So, they start acting as Beggars and workers on the streets an ind shops in Amsterdam and have fun with Dutch people.
In this episode the three guys travels to Madrid, Spain. And because Spain is one of the leading countries in health treatment, the three guys compares health treatment in Egypt to Spain by going to a local hospital and meeting a nurse, the hospital's president and a patient. Also, they have fun with Spanish people when they ride an ambulance around Madrid and treat the sick as the sick are being treated in Egypt.
