Devin’in, Nedret’i ikna etmesiyle marinaya aranılan ortak bulunmuş olur. Ancak Nedret’in İstanbul’a gelişi aile içindeki tüm dengeleri değiştirecektir. Hülya artık birlikte yaşayacağı azılı düşmanına karşı evdeki hakimiyetini korumaya çalışırken eski defterler açılacaktır. Diğer taraftan Aslan da ortağı Bedri’ye karşı marinadaki hakimiyetini korumaya çalışırken işlerinin baltalanmasına sebep olan hainin peşine düşer. Nedret’i getirdiği için Devin’le karşı karşıya gelen Hülya, ailesine karışmasının bedelini Devin’e kendi ailesi üzerinden ödetmeye kararlıdır. Hülya’nın hamlesi Neşe’nin başına büyük bir dert açar. Devin annesini korumaya çalışır. Aslan ise Devin’i yalnız bırakmazken; sevdiği kadını aşkın iyileştirici gücüne inandırmaya çalışacaktır. Leyla tarafında işler iyice sarpa sararken Aslan içlerindeki haini sonunda bulur. Tüm aileyi elleriyle yaptığı yeni masada toplar. With Devin convincing Nedret, the desired partner for the marina is found. However, Nedret's arrival in Istanbul will change all the balances in the family.
