Cold Justice

Im Jahr 1983 fielen mehrere junge Mütter in der Umgebung von Louisville, Kentucky, einem Vergewaltiger und Mörder zum Opfer. Der Fall konnte erst 31 Jahre später gelöst werden, als die DNA-Beweise endlich ausgewertet wurden. Vor Gericht zweifelte der Verteidiger des Angeklagten allerdings die Ermittlungen und vor allem die Aussagen der Kinder des Opfers an und löste damit eine neue Debatte aus.

In 1983, several young mothers are raped and murdered on the west side of Louisville Kentucky. A conviction on two of the murders leaves a third family with no justice. Until 31 years later, when the re-opened case and preserved DNA evidence lead police to a killer. But at trial, his attorneys question the investigation--and the memory of the victim's children--leading to an explosive confrontation.
