Kuroyukihime is reunited with Crimson Kingbolt, aka "Crikin", a Burst Linker who moved from Tokyo to Okinawa after his parents divorced. Just then, they are surprised by the mysterious threat, revealed to be a Burst Linker named Sulfur Pot, who has the power to tame "enemies". When it is mentioned that Sulfur Pot doesn't appear on the challenge list, Kuroyukihime realizes that he's from Tokyo, using a backdoor program to dive into Okinawa. As they fight, in the real world, Megumi finds Kuroyukihime, Ruka and Mana's bodies slumbering while linked up. As she reached to disconnect Kuroyukihime, she sees a vision of her younger self, urging her not to do it. Megumi then spots a spare cable and plugs into Accel World. Her avatar, Orchid Oracle, changes the landscape to an ocean, giving Kuroyukihime and her allies an advantage against Sulfur Pot. After severing control of his mount, the enemy then devours him. Kingbolt then gives Kuroyukihime the enhanced armament that Sulfur Pot used to control the enemy, figuring she may use it one day. As Kuroyukihime departs Okinawa, Ruka and Mana see her off. Kingbolt then sends her message informing her that the trail on Sulfur Pot has gone cold. Kuroyukihime can then only wonder about the mysterious faction Sulfur Pot belongs to.
Subito dopo la riunione tra Kuroyukihime e Crimson Kingbolt, appare Sulfur Pot, il misterioso avversario capace di addomesticare i "nemici". Dato che Sulfur Pot non appare sulla lista di sfida, Kuroyukihime capisce che sta usando una backdoor per infiltrarsi a Okinawa da Tokyo. Intanto nel mondo reale Megumi trova i corpi addormentati di Kuroyukihime, Ruka e Mana. Invece di scollegare Kuroyukihime, Megumi decide di collegarsi ad Accel World e col suo avatar, Orchid Oracle, cambia il paesaggio in un oceano per dare a Kuroyukihime e ai suoi alleati un vantaggio contro Sulfur Pot. Dopo la vittoria, Kingbolt dà a Kuroyukihime l'Armamento Avanzato usato da Sulfur Pot per controllare i "nemici", dicendole che potrebbe esserle utile un giorno. Di ritorno a Tokyo, Kuroyukihime riceve un messaggio da Kingbolt che la informa di non essere riuscito a scoprire di quale organizzazione facesse parte Sulfur Pot.
琉花たちの師匠《クリムゾン・キング》によると、沖縄の無制限フィールドに出現した神獣級エネミーのため、エネミー狩りができなくなってしまったという。しかもその『飼い主』がマッチングリストに表示されない事実に、黒雪姫はバックドア・プログラムの存在を感じる。《クリキン》たちと組み、黒雪姫はくだんのエネミー《ニーズホッグ》を操るバーストリンカーと対峙する。《サルファ・ポッド》と名乗ったそのアバターは、予想以上の強敵で……。
Negro Lotus se reúne con carmesí kingbolt, también conocido como "Crikin", un enlazador de ráfaga que se trasladó desde Tokio a Okinawa después de que sus padres se divorciaron. En ese momento, son sorprendidos por la amenaza misteriosa, revelaron ser una ráfaga vinculador llamado azufre Pot, que tiene el poder de domesticar "enemigos".
