"Super Mankind Mutant" (Part II)
In this second part the battle heats up between 8 Man at the evil "children". He takes a hit from one of their weapons and gets both legs blown off but is able to escape. The building this battle takes place in is destroyed, but this was just a cover for an impregnable "fortress" that the kids hide in. The Army comes along to save the day but the evil kids have a death-ray that blasts them and all the surroundings into a war-zone wasteland.
