Dads AJ and Robert are facing a dramatic life change. AJ has recurring carcinoma and needs to escape the intense Florida sunlight as soon as possible. Luckily, they've identified the perfect canopied oasis in the Pacific Northwestern town of Bellingham, Washington. Because they need to move before their son starts a new school, agent Margaret has only one weekend to help them find a house. They need enough space for both dads to work from home, their teenaged son to have privacy, and the family dog to play outside. Fortunately, Margaret is rooted in this quaint community and will do whatever it takes to bring this family home.
