北漂小透明陈小满在面对失业，及朋友的离世时幡然意识到自己曾多次错失选择生活的机会后重回家乡景德镇，在景德镇与遭到背叛、失意的上司柯岩邂逅。两人在日常相处中看到了彼此的不易，但也不愿揭开对方的伤疤，一边努力隐藏着自己最真实的境遇，却又不自觉在对方身上寻找到了一丝依靠。俩人并肩前行从头创业，最终跨越重重阻碍，走向彼此。
