祁善和周瓒是自幼相识的青梅竹马，祁善的母亲沈晓星既是周瓒父亲周启秀的大学同学，也是周瓒母亲冯嘉楠的闺蜜。两家人邻里生活，也都盼望祁善和周瓒能顺利成章成为一对。可原生家庭的婚姻悲剧让周瓒度抗拒幸福也不信任爱情，虽然时时陪伴在祁善身边，却始终不愿意更进一步。等待多年心灰意冷的祁善决定开始新的人生，选择了沉稳可靠的韦子谦。偏偏这韦子谦是周瓒同父异母的兄弟，关系紧张而微妙；同时祁善的好友、敢爱敢恨的直爽女孩秦珑也心属韦子谦，不求回报的爱着他。 几个年轻伙伴陷入情感迷宫，从高中走到成人世界，经历重重考验后，终于各自找到了情感归宿，从孤单的“我”变成幸福的“我们”。
