再びワームホールを出現させ、なんとか過去へ戻ることに成功した乗客たち。しかしたどり着いたのは元いた2023年ではなく、地球環境が激変する半年ほど前の2026年5月の東京だった！ 元いた世界から3年後ではあるものの家族との再会を喜ぶ優斗（赤楚衛二）や紗枝（上白石萌歌）たち、成長した我が子を抱きしめる佳代子（松雪泰子）…皆が思い思いに過去へ戻った実感を味わう中、直哉（山田裕貴）もまた、気にかけていた弟・達哉（池田優斗）との再会を果たす。
やがて元の生活へと戻り、未来で見てきたこと、まもなく地球に起こる出来事について必死に訴える乗客たち。しかし警察や政府は彼らの証言を本気にしないばかりか、植村（ウエンツ瑛士）らの勝手な行動もあり、乗客たちは周囲からの好奇の目に晒されてしまう。ただ、加藤（井之脇海）が未来から持ち帰った隕石を手にした蓮見（間宮祥太朗）だけは、何かに気づき…。そんな折、直哉の体にはある重大な異変が起こっていて…。
