落ち目のホラー映画監督・黒石（白石晃士）のもとに、精神錯乱気味の美しい女性・麻里亜（筧美和子）から奇妙で不気味な動画が届く。黒石と助監督の市川（堀田真由）は、その動画の謎を追うドキュメンタリーの制作を開始。道中、散弾銃を持つ男・江野（宇野祥平）に、危ないから帰れと忠告を受けながらも、森の奥にある麻里亜の家に到着。撮影を進める黒石と市川だったが、想像を超えた現象がカメラの前で次々と起こり始め……。
Kuroishi, a washed-up horror film director, receives a strange and eerie video from a beautiful, mentally deranged woman named Maria. Kuroishi and assistant director Ichikawa began work on a documentary that would trace the mystery of the video. On the way, they arrive at Maria's house deep in the forest, despite being warned by Eno, a man with a shotgun, that it is dangerous and that they should go home. Kuroishi and Ichikawa proceeded with the filming, but phenomena beyond their imagination began to occur one after another in front of the camera.
