最後一集,三姐帶來清香滋補的「羅漢果野葛菜山斑魚湯」,並分享省力切粉葛技巧。「籠仔三寶蒸蝦醬豬肉」用荷葉包裹材料放在蒸籠烹調;手撕雞髀菇墊底,吸盡鹹香湯汁。在三姐手上,尋常的現成日式鰻魚都有創新食法,既可炸香拌開胃酸汁,也可配以青蔥蓉、薑粒炮製炒飯,拼湊成「脆炸鰻魚薑米蛋炒飯」。採用薯絲巧製小盞,三姐再以XO醬爆炒牛胸爽與鮑魚,「金盞牛胸爽炒鮑粒」絕對是功夫菜。她還在薯絲加入吉士粉,增添香味!
