白川さん（井桁弘恵）の後輩で新入社員の倉橋和樹（佐藤龍我）は甘いものが大好きなスイーツ男子。ある日、先輩社員から食事会に誘われるが、話題が合わない倉橋くんは、自分は空気が読めないのでは…と悩んでしまう。大人数でワイワイ話すのが苦手な倉橋君は部署の懇親会への参加を求められるが……。
一方、白川さんはセクハラが嫌で会社の集まりには参加しないという。白川さんが大切にしている「自分らしさ」とは何か？倉橋君は一歩踏み出すことができるのか？
