Among many candidates, Young becomes the Chief of Bureau Five. Though he became the chief, Young is still suspecting Dong-joo’s intentions. Dong-joo and Hye-young start the investigation on Gold Cash, and they find out that a lot of assault cases were occurring with its debtors. Inspection Department is after Dong-joo again, but he gets away again. Young asks Dong-joo why he came to NTS.
