静岡県には、ズボンが大好きな豚の家族であるズボン家が住んでいます。 彼らの家族の血統は、何世代にもわたって世界で最も神聖なズボンを確保する責任を負っています。 現在、この使命は家族の息子であるパンパカに委ねられています。 彼の親友であるプニヤン（紫の猫）と一緒に、2人はさまざまなパンツを探して世界中を旅します。 彼らの冒険の間に、彼らは彼ら自身の独特の問題を抱えている他の様々な同盟国に遭遇します。 続いて起こるのは超現実的なコメディーの状況であり、ほとんどの場合、パンパカとプニヤンは彼らが探していた「特別な」パンツを手に入れましたが、いくつかの失望がありました。
