外国人留学生と幽霊が、共同生活を通じて互いに引かれ合う姿を描く。ミャンマー人のエーミン（森崎ウィン）は、1年間名古屋の漫画学校に留学することに。割安な物件を見つけるも、そこには幽霊の玲（高城れに）がすみ着いていた。「幽霊を追い出せば家賃タダ」と聞いたエーミンは、玲との共同生活を始める。
Emin, a man from Myanmar that longs to be a Japanese manga artist, decides to study at a manga school in Japan. While searching for a room to live in, Emin finds a super cheap property and decides to live there. While struggling with the gap between what he expected Japan to be like and what it is actually like while working hard part time, he suddenly sees the fair skinned, dark haired ghost of woman in his room.
