은강 종합병원 정신과 의사 이시준은 괴짜라는 별명을 달고 산다.
환자의 다리를 자르려고 하지 않나, 가짜 경찰 행세를 하는 환자와 어울려주기도 한다.
그러던 어느날 경찰이 되고 싶어하는 환자가 탈원하여 뮤지컬배우 한우주를 시상식에서 체포하는 일이 일어나는데..!
Yu Ra refuses to see a psychiatrist. Dong Il escapes from the hospital again, and Si Joon looks for him. Woo Joo is expecting to receive an award at the ceremony, but Dong Il tries to arrest her saying that she is drunk. Woo Joo tells Dong Il to talk about it later, but Dong Il barges into the award ceremony and arrests her.
Yu Ra se recusa a procurar um psiquiatra. Dong Il escapa do hospital novamente e Si Joon o procura. Woo Joo espera receber um prêmio na cerimônia, mas Dong Il tenta prendê-la dizendo que está bêbada. Woo Joo diz a Dong Il para falar sobre isso mais tarde, mas Dong Il invade a cerimônia de premiação e a prende.
