西營盤具有豐富的歷史文化及事物，豈可在一集中全數輯錄。江欣燕(欣欣)今集繼續擔任嘉賓主持，帶領觀眾到這個新舊並存的社區尋幽探秘。高街「鬼屋」成為法定古蹟前，乃是一所精神病院，當中鬧鬼的傳聞從何而起？街坊一一分享所見所聞。原來欣欣亦曾在「鬼屋」拍攝音樂電影，期間可有發生甚麼「怪事」發生？
過往不少市民的生活條件未及理想，鹹魚一度成為部份家庭的常見飯菜。欣欣來到歷史悠久的鹹魚欄，細聽「老行專」講述行業的盛衰轉變，以及從業員的生活與信仰。所謂「密底算盤」相信大家都曾聽聞，但實際上如何運算？

除了傳統建築及店舖，新開張的有機用品店同樣為西營盤注入不少色彩。小店刻意保留「上一手舊舖」的部分裝潢，更收養了不少流浪貓狗，使店舖充滿懷舊味道之餘，亦富有活潑生氣。欣欣親訪過後，坦言對生活另有新看法！

Before the "haunted house" on the high street became a statutory monument, it was a mental hospital. Where did the rumors of haunting originate? Neighbors shared what they saw and heard one by one. It turns out that Xinxin also made music movies in the "Haunted House". What "weirds" happened during that period? In the past, many people's living conditions were less than ideal, and salted fish once became a common meal for some families. Xinxin came to the historic salted fish bar and listened to the "old professional" talk about the ups and downs of the industry, as well as the lives and beliefs of employees.
