澳洲土地肥沃,陽光充沛,得天獨厚的環境有利農作物生長。黃淑儀(Gigi)、梁嘉琪到訪摩寧頓半島一間頂級餐廳,看看老闆以新鮮車釐子製作果醋,甜味無與倫比。兩位又隨種植場負責人搜尋黑松露的芳蹤,其間禁不住「親親」大地,呼吸泥土與松露的和弦。而Gigi姐亦就地取材,用天然的松露碎令瑤柱炒飯錦上添花。 從墨爾本出發,用半小時車程便可到達氣候溫和的亞拉河谷。果園負責人Len Rayners熱愛水果,每次見他拿起收成,總能感受到那份由衷的滿足。Gigi姐和嘉琪試味即場採摘的桃、樹番茄和橙,多汁又清甜!還要留意「鮮果炆牛腩」和「粟子雞湯」的製法。
