[On-Site Report] Japan has been reluctant to test for COVID-19 on a massive scale, but as the government strives to get the economy up and running as quickly as possible, experts are saying that a huge increase in testing is needed in order for businesses to re-open safely and successfully. We sat down for an exclusive interview with economics professor and government advisor Kobayashi Keiichiro to find out how important testing is to jump-starting Japan's economy.
