Rokoba, Touli's aunt came over to babysit his daughter. After Magar leaves, she pokes around the house and discover Magar's diary. She finds out that Touli is violent and beats his wife regularly. The neighbor tells Rokoba that the couple fights often. Rokoba has a very archaic and traditional view of a relationship and, thinks Magar deserves the abuses by Touli.
Aminata's death created a furor in Ratanga. Patients want to visit the health center no longer. Assitan is depressed and does not want to go back to work. However, the witch doctor takes advantage of Rokoba et try to rape Emadé by pretending it is an exorcism. Rokoba finally finds out he is a charlatan and kicks him out of the house. Magar visit the health center with her arm broken by her husband but lies that she fell off the stairs.
Yaye tells Emadé that she has a sexually transmitted infection (IST). Emadé is worried that Talla may find out. Yaya emphasizes that he must because IST are contagious. However, Emadé wonders how she got it and become suspicious of Talla. She secretly puts her medecine in Talla's meal to treat him as the same time as her.
A woman comes to the health center and asks Korsa to help her pregnant daughter have an abortion. The health center personnel work very hard to take care of Mme Sangaré, the rich patient who does not stand in line and goes before anyone else. This creates tension at the center. Yaye proposes that Magar should join the center's personnel.
Emade is not feeling well. Rokoba want to send her to the village instead of Ratanga health's center. To assist her, Talla fixes her breakfast and proposes to take care of grocery shopping at the market which, irritates Rokoba. A stranger abandons her baby at the health's center. This renders the center's evaluation to become Level 3 difficult. However, the team demonstrates its solidarity for the success of the evaluation.
Assitan catches Korsa going through Dr Moulaye's sensitive patients' files. In her revenge, Korsa sabotages the project organized by Assitan to inform young people about sexuality. Badiène plots with Magar to utilize the shop as a cover for the work at Ratanga health's center that was offered to her.
A woman has just given birth but refuse to breastfeed her baby. Magar convinces her by explaining that there is nothing better for the baby than breast milk. Rachel's father suddenly walks in during Assitan's information session and, violently drags her outside. He vocally reasoned that the information that the young receive during the session will pollute their mind.
Korsa gets harrased by her husband who reproach her for focusing only on her work. She continues to steal the medicine from the center in spite of Aisha's disapprovement. Korsa conspire with Mme Sangaré to do an illegal artificial insemination. Emadé goes to the center for her prenatal visit. Assitan uses the opportunity to give her advices on planned parenthood and suggests that she should choose a method of contraception after birth.
Magar, in the village with her daughters, unsuccessfully tries to discuss health with the local women since they cannot relate to what Magar is saying. She warns the witch doctor and worries that Rokoba wants to circumsize her daughters. Korsa takes over Assitan's task on the information sessions for the youth. However, no one shows up to the session.
Talla is jealous of Boubacar the librarian. Emadé gives birth to a little girl through surgery. Assitan is upset that Job is very distracted by his fame and his fans. To get himself forgiven, Job makes her proposition to host a radio show for the youth. Korsa's malversations are exposed hence she faces termination of her job.
