„Rosemary’s Baby“ erzählt die Geschichte von einem frisch verheirateten Paar, das in ein Pariser Apartment zieht. Es ahnt nicht, dass sich dort in der Vergangenheit einige mysteriöse und übersinnliche Phänomene ereignet haben. Als Rosemary schwanger wird, entwickelt sie paranoide Verhaltensformen und fürchtet, dass sowohl ihr Ehemann als auch die aufdringlichen Nachbarn Böses im Schilde führen und ihrem Baby etwas Schlimmes antun werden.
