One day, an iceberg in the North Pole splits apart and a piece of iceberg floats down to Seoul. Then, when it rains and the iceberg melts, Dooly wakes up from hibernation. Dooly finds Go Gil-dong's daughter, Ko Young-hee, who happened to be passing by, and follows her into Ko Gil-dong's house. Returning home, Gil-dong Ko finds out that Dooly is a dinosaur while visiting hypnosis labs and hospitals to find out Dooly's identity.
A huge iceberg appeared along the Han River in Seoul. Well, there's a superpowered baby dinosaur sleeping in the iceberg. What is it? Dooly, who floated down to the river in Ssangmun-dong, met Yeon-hee, a kind-hearted elementary school student, and lived in her house. However, in Young-hee's house, there was Young-hee's father, Mr. Ko Gil-dong, who regarded Dooly as a thorn in his eye... Dooly and Gil-dong's exciting fateful meeting!
