Gravity Fall creator Alex Hirsch recently released The Book of Bill, an entire lore book dedicated to answering the question "Is Bill Cipher ACTUALLY Dead?". The book is FULL of puzzles, codes, and LORE that have kept Gravity Falls fans quite busy! Today we're taking a crack and looking through The Book of Bill and seeing if we can't solve this thing once and for all!
