Jorge arrives in Tijuana to meet Yuriria again, there he discovers that the true love of his life suffers from a serious illness and the doctors have already evacuated her. Jorge apologizes to Yuriria, accepts that he did not have the courage to stay by her side and agreed to marry Dulce only to keep his word, but he did nothing to stay by the side of the person he truly loved, referring to her. Yuriria does not have much time left to live, Jorge accepts that they can no longer put up with her lie, she assures him that her children always ask her about him and he swears that when she dies he will take care of her children and will not abandon them.
Jorge llega a Tijuana para reencontrarse con Yuriria, allí descubre que el verdadero amor de su vida padece una grave enfermedad y los médicos ya la desalojaron. Jorge le pide disculpas a Yuriria, acepta que no tuvo el valor de seguir a su lado y acordó casarse con Dulce solo por cumplir su palabra, pero no hizo nada para seguir al lado de la persona que realmente amaba, refiriéndose a ella. A Yuriria no le queda mucho tiempo de vida, Jorge acepta que ya no pueden aguantar más su mentira, ella le asegura que sus hijos siempre le preguntan por él y él jura que cuando ella muera cuidará a sus hijos y no los abandonará.
Jorge descobre que Yuriria está muito doente. Vero ameaça os filhos para que devolvam o cão. Kika descobre sobre a falência de Maurício. Anifer é expulsa.
