After spending the whole night in jail for fighting with Toño, Mauricio returns home and discovers that Anifer is no longer the same as he left her. Mauricio tries to get Anifer back, but discovers that his daughter has a fever and, not knowing what to do, Renée calls Lupe to take care of her. Lupe informs Mauricio that the girl got sick because she is not well fed. Later, Mauricio receives a threat through an anonymous message, they want to hurt Anifer, he panics and the only thing he can do is call Fabián to accompany him to report the crime.
Maurício cuida de Anifer doente e enfrenta ameaças. Jorge confessa uma crise conjugal e procura ajuda. Renée luta por trabalho, enquanto a comunidade enfrenta desafios e conflitos.
Luego de pasar toda la noche en los separos por pelear con Toño, Mauricio regresa a su casa, descubre que Anifer ya no está como la dejó. Mauricio intenta recuperar a Anifer, pero descubre que su hija tiene fiebre y como no sabe qué hacer, Renée llama a Lupe para que la atienda. Lupe le informa a Mauricio que la niña se enfermó porque no está bien alimentada. Luego, Mauricio recibe una amenaza a través de un mensaje anónimo, quieren lastimar a Anifer, entra en pánico y lo único que puede hacer es llamar a Fabián para que lo acompañe a denunciar.
