Nora Kaminski, a doctor on the island of Rügen, is amazed by the dinner her boyfriend Max Jensen has arranged for her after she finishes work: the best table for two on the stately veranda of the Schlosshotel Lietzow! When the champagne cork pops too loudly and the secretly prepared fireworks go off way too early, Max’s meticulously planned marriage proposal is lost in the ensuing chaos. Instead of the next course, an emergency call comes from the kitchen. Head chef Elisa Tack complains of sharp pains in her stomach.
