「星級」演員陳煒（煒哥）除了是位「好戲之人」，亦喜愛下廚，鑽研美食，故此廚藝同樣了得。 煒哥的丈夫是台灣人，這名「靚太」也可說是半個台灣人，對寶島的食材想必甚有研究。煒哥以主持身分引領觀眾走訪台灣的屏東、台南、高雄等地，尋找第一手當造食材。此外，雲南出產的野生菇菌，名滿中外；煒哥素來注重健康飲食，自當前赴這個「聖地」尋覓天賜的「寶藏」，順道瀏覽群山美景，欣賞雲南風光。 煒哥一眾型男好友衛志豪、阮兆祥、翟凱泰（泰臣）、林盛斌（Bob）、張致恒得悉她要出遊，紛紛請纓相助，分別陪伴她闖蕩台灣、雲南，沿途上山下海，搜尋櫻花蝦、鱸鰻、綠竹筍、松茸、桃膠等地道珍味。尋寶之餘，「煒哥廚房」還會即席「開爐」，利用各種在地食材，巧手炮製不一樣的佳餚，為大家帶來難忘的美食回憶。
