Young people are moving a lot less and their health is decreasing. Swedens new training-guru Kalle Zackari Wahlström wants to do something about it. He travels back to his old school with the mission to get the students to move more. But he's chocked with his initial findings. Half the class is absent from the P.E. Kalle has met his biggest challenge so far.

Many pupils doesn't feel comfortable in class and fear to fail in front of the class mates. When Kalle gets the chance to act as a substitute teacher he gets the chance to get everything in order. Or at least, so he thinks.
