パリに本部を置く国際秘密捜査機関、その東京中央捜査本部の婦人捜査官・南条亜紀。彼女はパリ本部からの指令により、国際的な大陰謀や刑事事件を密かに調査し、悪の組織が実行に移す前に、その根源を叩きのめす正義の執行官である。2名の優秀な部下を有し、さらにその下に牝豹のごとき部下を従えて事件を解決してゆく。指令が入るや、南条亜紀は秘密のアジトに部下を集合させ、綿密な作戦を立てて、実行する。
