Luis María Anson Oliart is a Spanish politician, journalist and writer. He is a member of the Royal Spanish Academy. He chaired the EFE agency between 1976 and 1983 and directed the newspaper ABC between 1983 and 1997. He founded the newspaper La Razón in 1998. In 2008 he founded the digital newspaper El Imparcial.
