Fernando Hélio Delgado Loureiro OM • ComNSC • ComSMA is a Portuguese chef. It started at the Porto Hotel and Tourism School, at the Vidago School Center. He became known for having promoted several gastronomic festivals in Venezuela, Brazil, the United States of America, Mexico, Cuba and Canada, although the beginning of his activity was, from the outset, marked by internships in some of the most prestigious hotels around the world, including the Hotel Príncipe de Gales, in Paris, France, the Hotel Sheraton, in Munich, Germany, in Paris, France, in Brussels, Belgium, and in Luxembourg, Luxembourg, at the Hotel Yamato Passaporte, in Japan (Japanese cuisine), at the Hotel Meridien in Paris, and at the Hotel Queen Elizabeth II in Montréal, Canada.
