Alenna Mae was born in Toledo, Ohio and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She attended the Detroit School of Arts, where she majored in dance. She specialized in ballet, modern, jazz, hip-hop, african, & tap. Dance majors were often required to dance in the school's musicals. Alenna decided to audition for an actual role in a musical one year and she was cast in the production. Alenna has been in love with acting ever since.
