L. B. Sriram is a successful screenwriter and stand-up comedian known for his rapid-fire dialogue delivery with that distinct North Andhra and Godavari slant in the language. The native slang and his voice modulation together endeared him to Telugu movie-goers. Behind this comedian’s popular screen presence was a two-decade experience as a playwright, actor and theatre personality of consummate skill and talent. He made his Arangetram into the Telugu film field as a dialogue writer in 1988.
