Edward Zhang, an actor and director, was born in Beijing and graduated from the Directing Department of the Central Academy of Drama at Level 99 and has a Master of Arts degree from Peking University. In 2005, he participated in his first TV series "Sister Yuqing" and formally entered showbiz.
