Renée de Vielmond

Renée Le Brun de Vielmond is a Brazilian historian and former actress. In 1998 he left his acting career to graduate in history from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). At five months old, she debuted on stage, playing the role of Baby Jesus, in the Circo Nerino Christmas show, the circus where she spent her holidays, and fueled her desire to be an actress. In 1968, she was invited by theater director Antunes Filho to audition as an actress. After being approved, she took an acting course with Russian professor Eugênio Kusnet, in São Paulo, and debuted as the protagonist in the film "Compasso de Espera". At the same time, she passed an acting test on TV Cultura, and made her first soap opera, making her debut as the protagonist of the first version of "Meu Pedacinho de Chão".
