Shiina Hekiru, born in Higashi-kurume, Tokyo, is a professional voice actress (seiyuu) and J-pop singer. She is 152 cm tall and has type A blood. She was the first official seiyuu for Rockman ("Mega Man" outside Japan) (1995-1996), before she got replaced by Nonaka Ai.
