Otto Englander was born on 17 February 1906 in Tuzla, Bosnia. He was a writer and production manager, known for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937), Dumbo (1941) and Pinocchio (1940). He was married to Erna. He died on 13 October 1969 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
