Yamada Miho, born November 11, 1973 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, is a voice actress and narrator who was formerly part of Arts Vision and is now affiliated with Crazy Box. Her blood type is AB. Her real and former stage name was 山田美穂 (same reading). Real name and former stage name of voice actress Yamada Miho, which she changed when switching talent agencies from Arts Vision to Crazy Box on April 1, 2008. Not to be mistaken with model Yamada Miho (same kanji).
