Sandy Baron (born Sanford Irving Beresofsky) had a varied career including songwriting (a Lou Rawls hit called A Natural Man), standup comedy in the Catskills, improv work with The Second City, writing and performing on comedy albums and appearing on Broadway in shows including Tchin-Tchin and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and for roles as Jack Klompus in Seinfeld and Chuck Hookstratten in Hey, Landlord
