Matsukaze Masaya, born September 9, 1976 is an actor, voice actor (seiyuu), talent and radio personality who is currently affiliated with Aoni Production and was formerly affiliated with Big Apple, Radix Mobanimation's Multicye division and Baroque Works (バロックワークス). He was born in Fukushima Prefecture and is now living in Tokyo. His blood type is O and his real name is Watanabe Masaya (渡邉政也).
